Is your company real? Is the website secure?

Yes, we have been operating for over ten years in Cabo San Lucas. Our office is located in the Pedregal, and our corporate headquarters is in metro Detroit, MI, USA. The website is protected by industry-standard 256-bit encryption and our our payment processor is Stripe.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with a refund are allowed outside 72 hours of service time, and you agree to these Terms of Service at the time of reservation/booking. You can submit for cancellation, modification, or change to your booking online through our secure website form here.

Do you do same-day arrivals?

Yes, many people book while they are boarding the plane! Simply call or book online, and you'll get a full receipt with details emailed to you upon completion.

Do you go to Airbnbs?

Yes, it's a large part of business now as well. Once you book your Airbnb, VRBO, or rental as the Property Manager for a general location or a "PIN" to a map. We can provide you with a quote for that zone. On the day of arrival, make sure to share this map/LAT/LONG with your driver. 

Where do we find you at the airport?

Depending if you are arriving at T2 (International) or T1 (Domestic) we will be positioned outside the terminal in the transportation area. Once you book we provide you with a very detailed email in your receipt that includes pictures and a video of where to meet us. 

What time do you pick me up to go home?

If you booked a departure or a round trip, the service type determines how we pick you up:

  • Shuttle: we send an email the night before to the email you reserved that informs you of the time the shuttle will arrive at your resort, with a strict 10-minute window.
  • Private: as a standard, we pick up at your location 3 hours before any international departure or 2 hours for a domestic flight. The vehicle is yours so you can tell us what time to pick you up.
Can I hire you for other trips, a day trip, or a restaurant?

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We always have a coupon each month for a discount (you can see that on the home page top of the website). We also have a long-standing discount for seniors, shuttles, law enforcement, and military - only one coupon per order, please:

Can we stop for groceries at Walmart or Costco?

Sure, we can with any Private Transfer. There are options on Step 3 of the order process to select a 30-minute or 1-hour stop - you choose the store!

*sorry, shared shuttles are prohibited from making stops at any stores.

How long does a transfer take?

It depends on your destination, whether a private transfer or a shared shuttle, toll road traffic, or general traffic. We always take the safest, quickest route!

Will I have to wait for my shuttle?

Once you check in outside with our concierge for your shared shuttle, the typical wait time can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. It all depends on when you check-in related to your airline arrival time. We aim to dispatch you as quickly as possible for the shortest trip possible.

How many stops does the shuttle make?

Shared shuttles typically make 2-4 stops; however, never more than five stops. We aim to group the logistics of passengers as close to one another as possible.

What is my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We monitor the flight you are arriving on so we'll know when it lands. We also monitor lines inside Immigration, luggage, and Customs to help gauge the airport traffic. No matter, we'll be outside waiting for you when you're ready.

My arrival resort is different from my departing resort - how do we book this?

No problem—please contact us directly so we can ensure that these different resorts/locations are attached to your booking ID. If you already have a reservation, submit this change online, and we'll communicate back if we need any additional information or if a rate difference is due.
